Have Track Progress screen default to Move, rather than Mark.

I find most often that when I first switch to Track Progress, I immediately want to move the view to focus on the area I am working on. Especially on an iPad, moving the view with gestures while Mark is enabled will sometimes make unwanted marks. It is a very small friction, for sure. :)
